Life Child International Trust is launching its fourth Mountain Trek campaign, “Peak with a Purpose”, taking place in September 2025 on Mt. Fuji, Japan’s tallest peak. A team of Life Child Champions will complete the two-day climb to raise R250,000 for orphaned and vulnerable children in Mozambique, Malawi, South Africa, and Zimbabwe. Every step supports Life Child’s mission to bring generational change through education, health and nutrition, social development, and spiritual care.
We are raising R800,000 / $42,462 / £32,072 to purchase land with a house and hall in Philippi, Cape Town, to serve as a Life Church Campus and Life Child Early Childhood Development Centre. Philippi is a community marked by poverty and crime, and this centre will provide hope, safety, and transformation for children and families. To raise funds, our youth are completing the 13 Peaks Challenge from June 2024 – December 2025, and we invite you to support by donating or getting involved – Get up, Build up, Step up!

Life Child’s Moyo School is in Baluti Village, which is in a rural, high-needs community in the Blantyre district, Malawi. This area is predominantly comprised of poor and disadvantaged families.
Life Child is seeking funding to build an Early Childhood Development (ECD) Centre in Chimoio, Mozambique, aimed at providing holistic education to 60 children aged 3-5 years. The center will offer a Montessori-style education along with nutritional support, addressing the significant challenges faced by the community, including the impacts of HIV/AIDS and high mortality rates.

Walk For Little Feet is an annual 5km charity walk that raises money for orphaned and vulnerable children in Africa. The walk will be held in October. Participants can choose to join a group walk in their local area or organize their own walk.
